After receiving your order we will produce and package items which may take up to 5 business days depending on order size, however in busier times this may take longer.

Once shipped, you should get a tracking number through email/mobile which can be used on the respective couriers website.

Deliveries usually take between 1-14 business days, Rural areas can expect longer times, up to 30 business days and during busy delivery times, both of these can be longer.

Due to the size of the parcels shipping can get quite costly so to help you save on costs and make the most out of what you spend below are some tips to keep in mind when looking to place an order;

1. Packaging Layers - Each large box (1300x700 mm) can fit roughly 10 layers of prop, and each smaller box (650x650 mm) can fit roughly 16, keep this in mind for the other tips.                                                                                                       
2. Order in bulk - Shipping one item can be disproportionately expensive due to base shipping fees. By ordering multiple items at once, you can distribute the shipping cost across all items.                                                                                     
3. Plan Ahead - Try to plan your purchases for the year and consolidate them into fewer shipments. This will reduce the number of times you need to pay for shipping.                                                                                                                      
   
4. Share orders - If you know someone else nearby who wants to buy some props, consider asking them to share orders, that way instead of two separate shipping fees, there is only one.
